You will be invoiced separately by our parent business Diamond Shores Travel for printing and shipping services pending the type of service and materials required to complete your order based on your request. Work does not start until invoice is paid in full.

Providing your own design? $10 will be discounted from invoice for providing your own design that doesn't require any altering.
- If you are providing a design, please ensure the background is transparent and file is provided in .png format that is at least 3100x3100 pixels without distortion. If upscaling is required to prevent distortion on product, then the full $21.99 design fee will apply.
- You will be asked to proof your design prior to submitting to print/embroidery shop. Once work order is submitted, altercations to design cannot be made. For embroidery work, colors may need to be adjusted.
- Initital Shipping Fee at checkout will be applied towards the total shipping cost for entire order.
- You will be contacted via email within 1-2 business days after checkout.
Quality Guarantee & Returns
- Quality is guaranteed. If there is a print error or visible quality issue, we'll replace or refund it.
- Because the products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or sizing-related returns.
- Design Service fee is non-refundable and intended for time and attention applied to your request.
